Dan the man! Dan has been my CPA for almost 30 years. And for those of you in the know, a great CPA is a rare treasure to find.

I had the pleasure of creating a painting for Dan featuring his cherished Gretsch Falcon guitar.

Dan’s 30” masterpiece is proudly displayed front and center in his office and garners me about a half a dozen portrait commissions every year since its creation six years ago.

Long story short, Dan has been a blessing in my life in more ways than one.

So the gentleman you see on the reel contacted me and wanted to surprise his wife with a special painted art piece feauturing her. The portrait I created was from a reference photo that he emailed me that they took down at the beach, it’s one of her favorites and he wanted a 40 inch portrait created from the reference photo.

Long story short, I got it done. including another portrait he commissioned that I created featuring them both from a memorable cruise they went on.

But what was really striking besides her great reaction. Was their love, admiration and respect for each other which was obvious from the first moment I walked through the door of their home.They’ve been together for decades, and have been blessed with many grandchildren, and for me it’s always a blessing to connect with wonderful people, with amazing love stories, who walk with peace and their hearts.

I truly hope this art piece reminds them and their family of their beautiful love for each other for many years to come.
