Friends and animals lovers! Did you know there is an animal rescue and sanctuary in central NC where you can even have an up close and personal experience with a sloth, a fennec fox, a baby kangaroo and even a herd of capybara? It's true- and it is NOT the NC Zoo! I got to witness the magic (and the fennec snuggles! 🥰) first hand a couple of weeks ago for a surprise engagement - more of those coming to your timeline soon! 😉

Since many schools are on spring break, it may be the perfect opportunity to check out this animal haven for yourself! Head over to Liberty Acres Animal Haven & Equine Rescue and check it out!

Whoever said a place with dirt floors and hay bales is no place for wedding has never been to The Barn at Lloyd's Dairy

This rustic beauty of an old dairy turned into an unexpected wedding wonderland when the rain forced the wedding inside. The play of the earthy clay and dark brown woods against the whites and creams was dreamy! 🤩

The rolling landscape, white fences and silos have that timeless country beauty!

Hey, hey bride-to-bes! The next venue feature? Carver Lake Venue in Prospect Hill!

From a lovely outdoor waterside ceremony, to a large barn reception filled with magical lights, and meandering paths outside - it's a great space for weddings and events! The venue also came to the rescue when a sweet momma-to-be's maternity shoot ended up on a gross rainy day, so quite versatile too! 🙌

Get that 💍over the holidays and looking for a venue?! 🌟

Spending these cold days reminiscing about some beautiful past venues and sharing a few with you! 😍 Here are some from the fabulous The Carolina Estate ! This place has *all* the indoor spaces to match the gorgeous outdoor setting! From beer can wall and foosball in the guys suite, to white walls with tons of natural lights in the bridal rooms, outdoor and indoor spaces for ceremony and guests, and *those columns*! 🤩

This venue is one to add to your must-see list! ❤️

P.S. - I also happen to know a photographer that loves to shoot here if you're looking. 😉😘
