I bawled my eyes out as I finished re-reading one of my favorite books, "When Breath Becomes Air" by Paul Kalanithi.
I first read this book in 2016 and it gave me the boldness to ask what I value, what is most important to me; and, to actually begin the journey in pursuit of that life. At the beginning of the year, I reread it as a reminder of how I want to live my life and why; it's my new year tradition.
