The last sunset of 2021. This year was a roller coaster for all of us. So many ups and downs, unforeseen twists and turns...I can honestly say that I am not leaving 2021 as the same person I was when I entered into it a year ago. Despite all of the challenges and struggles, I have never felt more at peace with this journey I find myself on still. I have truly never been this happy before or so sure that I trust this path I am on. More than anything else, what I have learned this last year is that life does not have to be perfect for it to be beautiful. The beauty is all around us, all the time- we just have to look for it. Even in the hard times- there is always, always something to be grateful for and lessons to learn along the way. We can plan the event but not the outcome someone beautiful and wise once told me...and I have learned that when I let go of all of my expectations, the outcomes wind up being so much more amazing than I could have ever planned. I can't even hardly find the words to express how thankful I am to so many of you who trusted me to capture your priceless memories for you over this past year. Weather you realize it or not, your moments become a part of my memories too. I take a piece of you with me every single time. I am so full of hope and excitement for this next year and for all of the memories yet to be captured and shared. Thank you from the bottom of my heart~ here's to many more sunsets in this new year.
