The Derby Express won 3rd place and a trophy from the Dunkirk Parade this past weekend!!! Couldn't be happier with that, especially since we threw it together in less than a week!!!

If you know me personally, you know I go all out for Christmas! Music starts in October, decorations (if they come down at all) go up in October and well I have at least 1 (if not 2 or 3) trees in each room of my house!!! Soooo I decided this year why not try to convince my husband and our family to decorate a derby car and put it in the Christmas parade here in Dunkirk and surprisingly they were all totally on board!!! We just started decorating today and have a TON more lights to string on her but just what we have (and yes thats a REAL tree) is making me soooo happy. If any of y'all are local, come on down to Central Avenue in Dunkirk and watch the parade!!! It starts at 5:45!!!
