I've been in business here in Dunedin since 2016 doing videotape to digital conversions. Fast turn around, competitive rates. Keep it local!

I also do audio cassettes, LP albums, DAT tapes. Digitizing VHS and other videotape formats as well as audio cassettes and DAT tapes is a big part of what I do. I can also assist with many other aspects of audio and video as well as website design and hosting, posting things online, etc. Give me a call and let's see how I can help.

I've digitized thousands of different format videotapes and audio tapes. Most have had no issues. But some have minor issues and even major issues. I don't just dismiss them. I discuss them with you and let you know the possible solutions, and if there are any major issues, like sticking and shedding, I explain what your options are and if there are any additional costs involved. When you get a price from me for your job, there are no additional charges if other issues come up. When I give you a price that is the price. Feel free to give me call with any questions about the process.

WHY SHIP YOUR TAPES AND WAIT WEEKS? I only do local work. You deal with the person actually doing the work. I explain the process, what options you have, and answer all your questions. Give me a call and see how it works.

I have a client who has a load of audio cassettes with dictation that she needs digitized to use as reference for her memoirs. She has no car. She is not tech savvy. She cannot afford to do them all at once. So I am transferring them for her 3 at a time. I pick up 3 when I drop off three. I transfer them to her laptop. I use the same thumb drive and keep a copy of each on it so she will have a backup. No extra charges. Technical support. No charge. I service my clients. I don't just transfer tapes. Customer service and support you won't get shipping your tapes off to a big service company. I have been involved in video and audio for 50 years or so (yeah I'm no kid). I'll take good care of you.

Doing media transfers isn't like the old line from the chicken rotisserie commercial "Just set it and forget it!" There are a lot of possible issues that can arise. Mold, tracking, shedding, splitting, on tapes and discs with scratched and damaged surfaces, not "finalized". I could go on and get into detail but you get the point. I explain things to my clients, keep them apprised of what is going on, answer any questions, and even visit them if they have any problems. And I am the only person you deal with.

The things I do.

Client 1 - Called at Friday at 4. Was supposed to have 25 CDs made for a friend's memorial on Saturday morning. Last minute the company couldn't do it. I priced him for 25 blank CDs printed with his artwork. Told him he could save some money by burning the CDs himself. He picked them up about 8PM Friday. I actually printed him 30 in case he had any issues burning.

Client 2 - Called Saturday about digitizing old cassettes. She is writing her memoirs. Doesn't drive. So I picked them up from her and told her I would show her how to use the thumb drive when I drop them off.

Client 3 - Sunday came by with her mom and dropped off a bunch of her mom's VHS and VHS-C tapes, 5 cassettes, 2 DVDs, and 9 photo CDs. Reviewed all the material and emailed her a list of my findings she could review with her mom and decide what they wanted to digitize.

These are the things I do to help my clients. Personal service.

Busy week here. Had projects that went from 1 tape to 33 as well as copying some DVDs to mp4 files. Always spend time with my clients going over possible issues from age, mold, tape speed. I feel helping my clients understand how things work is critical. If you are still sitting on a collection of tapes feel free to give me a call with any questions you may have. I'm here to help.

If you have a box like this or even just one tape that you want to have digitized to a USB thumb drive, give us a call. We can put them on DVDs as well or even copy your old DVDs to a thumb drive. We also do audio cassettes, DAT tapes, and vinyl records. All work is done in house.

The best part of doing video transfers for my clients is when they pick up their job and say they can't wait to go home and watch all those old videos. I just finished doing 90 tapes for a client and the smile on her face was priceless.

A client had 2 VHS and 88 VHSC tapes and did not want to ship them anywhere. She came to us and we are getting them to a USB flash drive in short order and at a great price. Hundreds of satisfied clients. 5 Star Google reviews. All local work. Thanks to all who have trusted us to take care of your memories.
