One thing I’ve become protective of is keeping Sundays reserved for rest, family, and worship. I never realized photography could be an act of worship.

Over time, God has shown me that being “the photographer” often means getting to truly see people in the quiet, nuanced ways I may have otherwise missed.

Sometimes, when I bring my camera into worship, it feels like God gently highlights certain moments or people for His purpose, and it brings tears to my eyes every. single. time. 🤍

What started as a fundraiser became a tangible reminder that people still show up for one another in the middle of heartbreak.

Thank you for every donation, every share, every prayer, and every act of kindness shown to the Patterson & Underwood families this past week. Watching this community rally together has been incredibly humbling.

Only God could take unimaginable loss and surround it with this much love and support. 🤍

In the middle of heartbreak, this community chose to love loudly. 🤍

What started as a simple idea between photographers has become something so much bigger. This is neighbors showing up for neighbors, families being supported, and people reminding each other that no one walks through tragedy alone.

Tonight is the final night to enter the Leave a Legacy fundraiser benefiting the Patterson & Underwood families.

✨ Three winners will each receive a donated family session from one of the participating photographers.

Four days ago, this started as three photographers simply wanting to do something tangible for two families our community loves deeply.

We hoped to help ease the burden — even just a little.

Instead, this community showed up in a BIG way.
