A very colorful morning in downtown Raleigh, on film 🎞️

Alyssa & Justin were the kind of couple who were completely down to explore, stop whenever something caught my eye, and made the whole city part of their story!

We started the morning at one of my favorite Raleigh spots, Morning Times , wandered to the Capitol Buidling, stumbled upon the coolest little archive store, The Newsagent’s ,and somehow ended the session eating pizza from The Pizza Times on top of a parking garage!

And not just any parking garage, the same one I used take my friends in high school to model for me in my early photography career 🥹

As a Raleigh local, getting to take my couples to the places that feel like home is one of my favorite parts of what I do. But somehow, Alyssa & Justin made me see downtown through a completely new lens! 📸

A little nostalgic, a little spontaneous, and very them!🤎

Bride & Groom portraits 🕊️

One of my favorite things about Britton Manor is the variety of spaces throughout the venue for portraits. Every corner seemed to tell its own story, with its own charm and character.

But my personal favorite? The grand piano, where Jacob played and Grace admired. 🤍

It’s the little in-between moments like these that make a wedding day feel so personal and unforgettable.
