Northern Lights, are you ready to light up the sky? 🌌💫 Who would have thought, we could spot Northern lights from the Philadelphia area. The chances of viewing them were high that night albeit the cloud cover, and I couldn’t resist the opportunity to capture this breathtaking view. The Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, are a natural phenomenon that occurs when the solar winds interact with the Earth’s magnetic field.
However, it did not show up when the moon was still up, but it became more evident once the moon set.
It was not very visible to the naked eyes but thanks to the modern cameras, we were able to capture its beauty. Had friends accompany despite the last minute plans. 🌌💫
