There’s something so sacred about these first hours — the quiet, the wonder, the brand newness of it all. Tiny fingers curled tight, wrinkly toes, soft ears, and that perfect little face all bundled up in a hospital swaddle 🤍

It’s amazing how quickly these details change… in just a couple of weeks, those flaky feet smooth out, their features stretch and grow, and that brand-new look begins to fade into something different (and just as beautiful). But this moment — right here — is so fleeting.

These are the hours you never get back, but the ones you’ll always want to remember.

Embracing the slower season… while secretly planning all the exciting things. 😌✨ Getting to photograph friends that feel like family is my favorite kind of reminder to slow down and soak it all in.

This year is shaping up to be a big one—moving into a new studio, pouring more love into children’s portraits , and (fingers crossed) staying way more organized so I can keep everyone in the loop on my schedule.
