This is a bit of an old photo from my trip to China last October. It was taken in Nanning in what felt like the Times Square of food carts. The colors were vivid and the food was incredible and diverse. There were stuffed oysters (fav), squids on sticks, blood sausage and a variety of pickled vegetables.

Unfortunately, I didn't try whatever this guy was making but it was incredible to watch him work. He was tossing and flipping this dough in such flashy style and was drawing a bit of a crowd Definitely my favorite part of the trip by far!
