Kirsten completed her Studio Art and Psychology degrees from Saint Louis University. She felt led to be a Special Education teacher and completed a Masters Degree in Special Education at Georgia State University. With art always being a passion and hobby, Kirsten is excited to use this through her photography.

What a week at FPC Douglasville ❤️📸

From worship and games to crafts, laughter, and new friendships, I loved capturing the joy, excitement, and faith-filled moments that made this week so special. Watching these kids learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and have so much fun along the way was truly incredible.

Thankful for all the volunteers who poured their hearts into making this week happen and for the opportunity to preserve these memories for our church family.

Over-sharing my own kid lately? Absolutely. But high school graduation only happens once, and I’m holding onto every last moment. 🥹🎓

Every year, no matter how tired, nervous, excited, rushed, or completely over it we all were… I still stopped for that first day of school photo before she ran out the door. Some years she smiled easily, some years it was a “make this quick” kind of moment, but I took the photo anyway.

And now? Looking back through those pictures is everything. The backpacks changed, the outfits changed, the confidence grew, and somehow the years flew by faster than I ever imagined. Those quick little photos became some of the memories I treasure most.

That’s why photos matter. Not because everything is perfect, but because one day they become part of your story.

So incredibly proud of our girl and all she’s accomplished. Watching her grow into the person she is today has been the greatest gift. We know she’s going to do amazing things in college. 💛✨
