These Cap & Gown Mini Sessions will be held at the students high school.

These are mini 15 minute sessions that will capture the student in their cap and gown 🎓 Bring your college shirt if you’re headed to college!

Yesterday ❤️ Ahhh yesterday stole my heart. For many years, I’ve wanted to go into Long Term Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, Retirement Homes, etc…and take photographs of their residents. I WISH this was something I did while my grandmother and grandfather were alive bc I know we would cherish the photos.
Today, I got to take photos of this beautiful woman and her husband. Her husband scheduled her for a photo shoot at the memory care facility she is residing at.
She was once a teacher for many years and she has a plethora of memories inside her mind. I could see he eyes change when she saw the pansies in the garden, when she read “use other door” when re-entering the building, or when her daughter was telling me about her last teaching career.
One reason I love photography is because I can see so much in the eyes of the one I’m photographing and the love between people through the lens. That certainly was the case today. I thank them for giving me the opportunity to capture some moments of them today. It was a blessing and I look forward to taking more 🫶
