📣 A LITTLE HOUSEKEEPING FROM YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER! 📸
I want to go over a few important reminders moving forward. Please read everything and INITIAL at the bottom once you’ve read and understand. ❤️
• RETAINERS MUST BE PAID WHEN BOOKING. If your retainer is not paid, your name will NOT be placed on my calendar and your spot is not secured.
• NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: If you no-show or cancel without rescheduling, the $50 cancellation fee must be paid. This fee doesn’t just cover the gas and time spent preparing for your session—it also covers the fact that when your spot is reserved and you don’t show, that is a time slot I could have given to another client.
• RESCHEDULING: I completely understand that things happen—weather, sickness, emergencies, etc. ❤️ I will always do my best to work with you! However, I can only reschedule the same session so many times. If we have been rescheduling for months and months, at some point we have to find a way to make that appointment happen.
• MONTHLY CONFIRMATIONS: Starting now, at the beginning of every month I will make a post confirming upcoming dates, times & locations. YOU MUST COMMENT AND CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. This helps me make sure everyone is still on the same page and allows me to keep my calendar accurate.
I truly appreciate every single one of you who supports my little business. These policies aren’t meant to be harsh—they’re simply necessary to protect my time, my business, and the other clients who are waiting for an opening. ❤️
