Part 2 of “trust your photographer’s location even if it’s weird.”

The truth is you don’t need a “perfect location” for your session. The focus of the session isn’t’ the background, it’s ✨YOU✨!! In fact, a main concern of mine is making sure you POP OFF that background. When I plan sessions, I look for locations that enhance ✨YOU✨, not the other way around. Often what you see is NOT what I see. Some of the most awkward places make a backdrop for the best photos.

Since Dothan, Alabama is known for being the “Peanut Capital of the World, boiled peanuts were the perfect snack Anna Grace and Eli chose to serve to guests leaving their reception as an homage to their hometown .
What is your favorite late night wedding snack?
Side Note- I just have to let everyone know how amazing my brides are. It’s a not-so-fun fact that I am FATALLY allergic to peanuts. I have been so lucky that my local brides who have jumped on the peanut trend have been unbelievably accommodating and empathetic to my needs when they definitely didn’t have to be. Thank you so very much!! Y’all are amazing. 💕🥜.
