My cars engine died this day. I walked 13 miles on this very desolate road before getting picked up. This day sucked. And I wanted way more pics of the landscape up this road cause it has be one of the top roads in Colorado.

This whole area. I know what you’re thinking but seriously, places captivate me and never let me go. The phrase, ‘finding beauty in everything’, definitely is prevalent in my life. But this place with all of its history, and all of my history, it’s got an allure to it that draws me back every time. Now that my family is moved out of the area it’s a little heart breaking. But I’m happy to have the memory’s of going out to the desert to visit grandma and grandpa.
