New 📸 work featuring House of Stefas in Millbrook, NY. This was no ordinary restaurant shoot. Brothers John and Paul Stefanopolous have created a unique experience for their guests that practically transports you into the Greek countryside. House of Stefas is an exquisitely detailed showcase for luxuriously vintage flair, fully loaded with family-style hospitality. I also had the pleasure of photographing their parents—who arrived with freshly picked grapes from the family farm—a cameo from one of their goats and of course the flavor-packed dishes of chef Roel Alcudia.
