I've been on a creative hiatus with my work since 2024. Pregnancy and momming will do that to you. It's been needed and I've been soaking it up. But if you're a creative, you'll know the inner rumble of wanting/needing to get back into your groove again.

That's where I am. But I'm still needed with baby and the kids and at home. I'm excited when venturing to create for myself is easier and less logistics.

This is back when I was on a plane monthly, seeing what creatures I got to create with in a different city. 🤍

Finally sharing some Simple Session photos from last fall 🫶🏼

I am gearing up for spring sessions to start and they are already booking up! I do have Simple Session availability (only for Sauk Valley area) since I do two sessions back to back - so double the opportunity!!

Simple Sessions are ultimately mini sessions but you don't have to wait for my scheduled mini theme weekends and you get a full gallery with these!

20 min (perfect for families with young kids), full gallery (not set amount but usually around 50-80 images), and for $450!

I remember when I first started this page, I would share like 80 photos from one wedding. And here I am now thinking 28 is too much 🤣

This day was magic. The perfect weather, the perfect light, the perfect couple, the perfect guests, the perfect venue.

Chicago weddings will always be unmatched.

Ever since Covid, I've been doing so many Chicago courthouse weddings. Usually just my couple and I or some family members for the ceremony, time to run around the city for some photos, and then an intimate dinner with the couple's closest. 💘💘

No timeline, no rush, no pressure. Just enjoying becoming a newlywed couple. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

I basically take off the winter months from sessions but usually around this time I start missing creating with my clients. 🤍
