I am in love! My sweet grandson was born right before Christmas! 👣 I am overjoyed to finally be a grandma! I am so grateful I got to take some wonderful pictures in between snuggles when D was only 9 days old. Here are just a few. He is such an adorable little baby boy! 💕 I can't wait to see all the amazing things he will do with great parents to guide him.

Roswell had the desire to finish taking senior pictures on the dunes of Lake Michigan. My schedule has been crazily filled with wonderful families getting their pictures taken, my classroom, and my own children with all of their activities so we were pushed to take pictures during Thanksgiving break (with yearbook deadlines after the week is over!). So we made the drive to Holland while a blizzard was looming on the horizon. No kidding! 🫣 It was so cold and we had 40-60mph winds and some snow flurries ❄️ and slick roads -not the best for a session, but Ross was such a trooper and we had some fun and made it home before the real snow headed in. Here are some of the pictures we took.

As my fall and senior sessions start to slow down, I was excited to have Tyler's senior session this week. The weather and colors were just right! Tyler is an awesome young man and was great to work with. I thought it was fun that when his mom booked with me, we didn't realize that I was Tyler's little brother's teacher last year. What a cool coincidence! I hope your senior year is a great one!

The Belkholms are an amazing family. I have gotten to know them through photo sessions over the past several years (and got to teach their youngest last year). My own Roswell is a senior this year! Our family rented a farmhouse up north for a weekend and I was able to get a few pictures of this kiddo. I am very proud of my son. He is very talented in musical theater (he is a lead again in his school's fall musical), piano, tennis, volleyball, and being a middle kid in a large family. He desires to go to college to be a veterinarian after he serves a 2-year church mission. He has a great future ahead of him!

**Due to being a photographer's kid, Ross will probably be featured with different photos as I experiment with new and old locations when I have breaks in my schedule -hopefully with a tidier haircut. 😉

A sneak peek of Isabelle's senior session this week! Senior sessions can have up to 2 locations. Isabelle wished to have fall color photos in addition to the pictures we took this summer, so we split her sessions in half to allow both! It was a joy spending more time with Isabelle and her mom!

I just love the Houghtaling family! It was such a beautiful day at the park. I enjoyed being able to meet a few family members that I had yet to become acquainted with. I also loved being able to see how much the babies have grown since I saw them last during the summer (I respect parent wishes to not have those adorable cuties on the internet.) Updated family photos are always great to have!
