Got to spend Sunday evening taking Addie’s senior photos, and y’all—she is athletic, grounded in her faith, and an absolute stunner with a smile that lights up every frame. 🤍

Her momma was the best assistant and made the session even more fun—and God absolutely showed out with that sunset and those clouds! 🙌🏼🌅

A little piece of last summer I never got around to sharing. 🍉🤍

These were taken at our old house — the place that held so many ordinary little days that I didn’t realize would become some of my favorite memories. Now we just call it Maw Maw’s house, which somehow makes these feel even sweeter.

Bare feet, watermelon juice, that little gingham outfit, and Lyla being completely and unapologetically Lyla. 😂

She has always reminded me of that old nursery rhyme…

“When she was good, she was very, very good…
and when she was bad, she was horrid.” 🤣

As another summer comes to an end, I’m extra thankful photography lets us keep little pieces of the ones that came before. 🤍

When the wedding desserts have THIS much personality… they deserve their own post. 🍉🍦✨

A watermelon wedding cake + an ice cream bar might just be one of my favorite reception details ever. Fun, colorful, a little unexpected, and SO perfect for a summer wedding. 🤍

It’s the little details couples choose that make a wedding day feel completely their own—and these were too good not to photograph.

This is why I love photographing the moments in between all the big moments—the looks, the hugs, the way someone holds on just a little tighter. 🥹

Getting to photograph such a beautiful day is always special, but it means even more when it’s a family so close to my heart. From the sweetest walk down the aisle to the colorful florals, cowboy hats, happy tears and newlywed magic—every moment felt so perfectly them.

This year’s theme is HOME… and I can’t think of a better reminder of why I picked up a camera in the first place.

Home isn’t always four walls.

Sometimes it’s tiny toes on the living room floor.
Little hands that won’t stay still.
The everyday moments that don’t feel extraordinary until one day… they are. 🥺

As a photographer, I get to preserve so many beautiful seasons for other families—but these are the photographs that remind me to document my own, too.

Because the babies grow. The seasons change. Life moves ridiculously fast.

And someday, a photograph lets you come home to it again. 🤍
