Zoom Room Studio

Zoom Room Studio Photographer and TV producer Ron Conigliaro invites you on a photographic world journey.

Although I have chosen to start displaying my work with primarily Animal Wildlife, I typically enjoy taking more of a photo journalistic approach to photography. Somewhere along the line, I figured out that the things we tell people about, after our travels, is stuff like the food, or the crazy man dancing in the streets. I have taken 1000s of photos from all around the world and have been blessed

with many stories. I hope my work shows these people, landmarks, cultures, and creatures, at their best.

Proud to have been awarded PPM (Professional Photographers of Michigan) Photographer of the Year, at this year’s PhotoMax event. I also won awards for Best of Show, Best B&W, Best Album, two Judges Choice, and 4 for 4. Quite an honor on their 85th aniversary and the year with the most photos submitted. So many great photographers with stellar images, a big time honor.

Have you ever wondered why cheetahs have those black tear marks under their eyes? There’s a beautiful, heartbreaking myth that tells the story of how these marks came to be.

Long ago, a mother cheetah lost her precious cubs to a cruel twist of fate. Grief-stricken and heartbroken, she wept for days, her tears falling like rain. The tears streaked down her face, and as they dried, they left behind marks in the shape of teardrops.

From that day on, every cheetah born carried these "tears" as a sign of the mother’s loss and the strength of her spirit.
It’s said that these marks are a reminder of the deep love a mother has for her young, and the silent courage it takes to move forward, even in the face of loss.
In actuality, they are most likely to cut down glare, much like an athlete puts black grease under their eyes. it also adds to their camouflage.
