LONG POST…🗣️🙊from the photographer…

I haven’t forgotten about my first love… the genre that got me into wanting to be a photographer in the first place:

Same pages but one disappeared and then reappeared so I kept them both 🤷🏾‍♀️

However I realized that I was guiding so many people to be comfortable with themselves and I wasn’t 😩.

I stopped remembering how it felt to have a camera in front of you trying to follow directions and pose while wondering if your hair was in place did ur clothes fit ok was your makeup runny did that piece of back fat show.

The person behind the lens is ME and while even taking this pic of me with my camera phone I got nervous 😬

Why? Because I wondered if I’d ever share it would I be judged because I wasn’t the size I wanted to be would I look awkward 😕.

So I’m sharing this now months later because I’m proud of myself for even doing it. I am the face of Nude-ish. It’s my baby!

If you made it this far reading just know I’m in ur shoes as well. But I promise that I will be your mirror when you are ready to take that step to have your session. I’ve learned so much since I started and I’m investing in learning more by some bomb ass bossy black female bo***ir photographers.

I believe in quality over quantity and that’s why my sessions are extremely limited so I can take the time to fully give the experience of a lifetime. My books are open for only 4 sessions a month. When you are ready I’ll be here. Valentine’s Day will be here before you know it!
