Dear clients,

Past clients and those who might have been considering to book with us at Willow and Thyme Photography in the future as well.

I truly don’t know how to put this into words and it absolutely breaks my heart to make this post.

But, due to some unforeseen health issues that have caused some big issues lately. I can no longer guarantee the quality of customer service I have given in the past. I’ve been trying with everything and just failing lately. I deeply apologize on that!

What started across the world on a tiny island, is ending in Florida with so much gratitude. I want my clients to know I am truly thankful for all of our paths crossing over the years. Some of you taught me how to better my business, some of you have supported my business from the very beginning, some gave me hard feedback that only helped me in some way, and in the end of this journey, when I would go down for health issues, some of you jumped on board knowing nothing about a business to try and help me on the back end (emails, gallery deliveries, website and social media, etc).

The support and friendships I made over the years have been such a blessing. I am truly humbled by the amazing people and families God has blessed me with as clients. I thank you all for your patience and understanding when I wouldn’t give you the full details on what was happening with me. Because honestly it’s very private and it’s been so unbelievably hard. I’ve tried, failed and I can no longer keep trying to hold this business together while I deal with my health. Photography will always and forever be a love of mine in my soul and my clients will always have a very special place in my heart. Thank you all!
