A Quick Update from the Trail 🌲🛶
​It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. As many of you know, life took a major turn when I moved back from Tennessee to Northwest Florida to take care of my dad, and my focus had to shift to where it was needed most.
​For those who followed our mountain hikes back in TN, those trails will always be a huge part of this page. Since being back in Florida, the adventures have shifted to the springs and the water—and a new member, Stella, joined the crew toward the end of that journey.
​Even though she only appeared in a few posts here, she made a massive impact. I wanted to share that we lost Stella on April 5th. In her honor, I’ve officially started Stella’s Friends Foundation, Inc. to focus on dog rescue and advocacy right here in the Panhandle.
​I’m getting back on a schedule to post our nature and spring adventures here, but the heart of the rescue work—including updates on our newest rescues and some massive 9-day-old puppies—will be happening over on the foundation page.
