Here at Fong’s, we introduce the January Pizza of the Month!

SUNDRIED CHICKEN PESTO

A homemade pesto base (with a kick!) topped with grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles, and mozzarella cheese. Baked and topped with basil, parsley, and an olive oil drizzle.

$1 from each pizza will go to the Be The Light. Their mission is to provide structured living and support resources for the addiction recovery community of Central Iowa.

Fong's crust with creamy mashed potatoes and turkey gravy on the base, smoked turkey slices, savory cornbread stuffing, sweet corn kernels, our house blend mozzarella cheese, and finished with a jalapeno cranberry sauce. Served with a side of turkey gravy if you'd like.

SWEET AND SASSY

Our hand-crafted pizza crust smothered with a homemade goat cheese base stuffed with many herbs and spices, hickory bacon chunks, roasted red peppers, sliced Peppadew peppers, mozzarella, freshly chopped basil and then topped with a Hot Honey drizzle.

As with all our pizzas of the month here at Fong's, we are supporting another local charity doing great things in Central Iowa. $1 from each pizza is going to who collects excess food from convenience stores, grocery stores, wholesales, and farmers to help those less fortunate in our community.

THE BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC N’ CHEESE PIZZA

A garlic butter base covered with velvety cheddar Mac and cheese, pulled chicken and then tossed in a spicy Buffalo Sauce. This pie is then topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheese, homemade bread crumbs, and green onion. Get it with or without blue cheese crumbles for no extra charge!

Fong’s starts a new tradition today with I May Pizza of the Month….

THE STUFFED ARTICHOKE PIZZA

Fong’s hand crafted crust topped with garlic butter, stuffed artichokes (with citrus and cream cheese), chunks of pancetta, and then topped with mozzarella cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs.

$1 of each pizza sold in the month of May will be donated to the Trevor Project - a national non-profit organization that provides counseling and crisis support services for LGBTQ+ youth.

Starting next week, Fong's Pizza will be open every Saturday morning at 7AM for the Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market! We will be open inside the restaurant AND have an outdoor stand just south of the Elliott Building on 4th Street!
