Did you know that I offer military retirement photography FOR FREE? The culmination of a distinguished career should not be hampered by overwhelment, confusion, or rushing. I am happy to photograph your retirement, completely free of charge, on your special day. The random things I find — and photograph — while exploring the great state of KS. This was taken along County Rd G in Clark County just east of Hwy 283 while traversing the roads leading away from Clark County Lake. What struck me about this particular spot was that it seemed so out of place: the shape and angle of the chimney, the array of ominous looking equipment surrounding it…or maybe it was just the heat getting to my head. Either way, I stood there at the site, the eerie hum of wind turbines in the background, contemplating exploring the innards of the foundation. Alas, I opted not to commit trespassing — or the possibility of a rattlesnake bite — and instead grabbed a couple of pictures before making my way back to civilization.

Another more "close to home" photo sesh I did was for my friends Anthony and Stef's son in Old Town Wichita. It was a ridiculously cold and windy day (shocker), but Blake and his girlfriend Maddie had such a fun time during their senior pics. For this shoot, I did both kids' photos. Let me know if you have an interest for the upcoming school year!
