Talk to one person.
Write like you're chatting with your favorite client—not a crowd.

Use “you” more than “I.”
Your site should be about them, not just you.

Ditch the fancy words.
“Utilize” is out. “Use” is in. Clarity > cleverness, every time.

Say it out loud.
If it sounds weird spoken, it’ll read weird too.

Start messy.
Write the bad first draft. Then shape it. (Or call us—we’ll shape it for you.)
