I went to Middle Creek WMA today. I actually had a pretty good day. One of the best ones I have had in a long while. It started with two Great Egrets that put on a pretty good show of chasing each other. So I got some decent flight shots. And then some hummingbird shots later on.

I was sitting in my neighbors yard waiting for a hummingbird to show herself and she never showed. Oh well. It was only an hour and a half of sitting. But this black swallowtail did show itself and posed perfectly on the perfect spot.
