Hudson Gardens in Littleton, Colorado

While I was teaching a floral & nature photography class for Denver Photography Group, we came across a pair of hummingbirds feeding. We adjusted our cameras to allow the increased shutter speed as necessary to capture the fast moving wings. This is one of the photos that I captured with my camera.

Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix, AZ, USA

Like most everyone, I LOVE me a good sunset. While I was visiting Phoenix, I visited the Desert Botanical Gardens and found a great spot for sunset viewing. I played with the light and thought this end result looked cool. The cactus and the Papago Buttes rock formation sure give it that Southwestern touch as well.
