What happens when silence finally speaks?

My first short film.
Written. Produced. Built from vision, pressure, sacrifice, and truth.
After months of creating behind the scenes, I’m proud to share the trailer for my very first short film — written and Directed by me. Starring and A huge thanks to everyone that contributed.

This is more than a project. It’s personal! I asked people to do things they never have. To be people that they weren’t. And we all stepped outside our comfort zones together. I’m honored for my friends to trust me in that way. I’m not good and being vulnerable either, but we did it anyway.

“STATIC” is a psychological short film that follows Elise, a woman navigating the quiet but overwhelming weight of anxiety, isolation, and emotional unraveling. Over the course of an ordinary day, routine moments begin to distort as intrusive thoughts, missed connections, and sensory overload blur the line between reality and perception. Through intimate visuals and subtle tension, the film explores the silent battle many people fight internally while appearing composed on the outside.

Set against an atmospheric and emotionally grounded backdrop, “STATIC” captures the feeling of being trapped inside your own mind — searching for calm in a world that never stops moving.

First public screening:

As part of the Juneteenth Festival.

This past year I got to help my good friend document the process of creating his dope sculpture titled Resilience In Bloom from start to finish. This piece is now located in Pecos park in Thornton Colorado. Make sure you drive up there and see it. I was able to learn so much about the process and everything that goes into bringing these works of art to life. Can’t wait to see what’s next for my guy.

Anamorphic test with I caught her all dolled up for a shoot with someone else for a new project she’s dropping so I had to take advantage of the hair, makeup and outfit to practice for an amazing project we are dropping soon. Oh and I made the track as well 😉

Such and honor to be the one to start the 2026 season off in what an amazing experience. Thanks to everyone that showed up to listen, I hope I was able to inspire other creatives is some way. Huge s/o to for having me and for allowing us to use the space. Looking forward to following up with all the dope people I got to chat with. And continuing to follow the Koorsoo.
