We had an incredible senior portrait shoot yesterday with some hilarious BTS shots. When a senior tells us they love color guard, our only option is to go all out. We think the best senior portraits show off the senior's personality and interests. We strive to incorporate these in authentic and unique ways.

We want our seniors to think "Wow that looks like something out of a magazine" instead of feeling like they got the exact same shots as everyone in their class and didn't get to show off what makes them special.

How your email finds Lorikeet Creative this Monday Morning… if you’re wondering yes this is the type of bird Lorikeet Creative is named after! Lorikeets are indigenous to Australia where one of our owners is originally from! We picked the name Lorikeet Creative because every other Australian animal plus the word creative had already been used for company names. The only other contender was “Macropod Media”, but no one knows that the scientific name for kangaroos is macropod. We love how colorful lorikeets are anyway!

Lorikeet Creative is proudly sponsoring for a third year in 2026! This is one of the most incredible events in Boulder and fun fact nearly 80% of our clients can somehow be tied back to the event. We truly believe their “give first” mantra leads to good outcomes!

Yesterday, we did free headshots for attendees, which was incredibly popular. We are also filming on Wednesday and Thursday for their wrap up video! Keep an eye out for their reels and social posts we filmed ahead of the event too. We adore their team and look forward to hanging out with Melissa and Holly each year!
