This show of grand scale contemporary photography exposes the possibility of images as art via email instantly exchanged globally and blown up to large mural proportions. Images gathered from photographers around the world will be blown up and displayed inside galleries as well as posted in approved outdoor location

s throughout the city of Denver and sister cities around the globe.

Summer is rolling by fast ! …. A series of welcome rains did a number on the Temple Artist Haven wall ... so Sunday I packed up for day in the shade with art ....and visits by some of my favorite Temple artists like Nicola who by chance walked by when I was pasting her work up in a prized sidewalk spot. Getting water, I crossed paths with the king of street art and artist support network in Colorado, . Good timing also cause i got to introduce him to a young teen photographer and filmmaker fashion designer, Bey Jins .exhibition. Bey had stepped up came to watch and learn wheat paste. It was win win win .Bey took images so did Detour… and Bey got a wet plate portrait done by Nicola who’s studio is there in the Temple Artist Haven. . It was a needed Sunday of community.

Lisa wrote “With help from my husband, Robert Melosh of R.E.M Recording Studios, I developed an approach that balanced the spirit of your Colorado wheatpaste installations with the needs of the site. The final piece was made by mounting the photographic print on a Baltic birch panel using Golden Soft Gel Gloss medium and covering it with a clear plexiglass sheet, leaving the edges exposed and responsive to temperature, moisture, and time.”

Our Billings Montana, ambassador friend and hero Jane Deschner checked in her crew pasted the Big Picture last year reported they are still up and is going to post more this summer ! Hooray !

We had some much-needed lovely rains the past couple of weeks but as expected, a lot of work loosened up or came down.

I spent a couple quiet afternoons patching things up and putting up fresh new work up. I enjoy this so much .. and it's always so rewarding to hear comments from all walks of life passing by. I am going to try and start a series of recording peoples reactions.

This summer and fall is the final run.. We will soon be preparing for our next two-year season.

This season was a great joy working with a wide spectrum of passionate, amazing artists .. work came from high school awardees .. Chastity Martin self portrait and James Mikaelian's "No escape".( which was featured in Billings MT) ,

And Big Pictures first Centenarian, amazing, sharp and humorous Herman Krieger, with convenience store Pat Stanley 1994 Eugene, Oregon ( pictured )
