It’s a 30 day challenge and the challenges abound!! Yesterday was all about trying new things and got to the end of the day and crashed.
Hard.
My goal is to stay dedicated to showing up on video and sharing all the lessons.

Notes: if you know it’s going to be a busy and exhausting day, record earlier and block the time. I’ve yet to get into batching content as my goal is to work the muscle but obviously that is an option as well!

Try new things, even and especially if they are hard!

Your audience shouldn’t have to fight your background noise to hear your perspective. It’s easy when you’re in the moment to not pay attention to the other details in frame with you.

I’m filming this in my living room because a controlled environment is the fastest way to elevate your brand’s perceived value. When the frame is clean, your message is undeniable.
Spontaneity is great and highly encouraged but please don’t use it as as an excuse for sloppy ex*****on. You can be raw, unscripted, and still operate at a premium standard.

It’s time for the identity shift.

It’s here, y’all, and the collective is listening.
The vibration is coming.
The earth continues to move, and those who are listening are feeling the call and documenting appropriately.

Your lifestyle brand will not be big enough in the next era. It’s time to claim who you really are.

Not who you thought you should be, not who you think you can be.
It’s time to own the identity of the now.

And here is your permission slip.

You do not need to be just one thing. You are a multifaceted human. And each part of you has permission to be seen.

The dirty,
the loud,
the aggressive,
the soft,
the sad,
The revolutionary,
The psychic, the witch,
….Fill in your blanks here…

She’s here with her full stance in who she is, and she’s ready to be seen.

You are the one that gives her the mirror.
You are the one that gets to claim all of these characters within you and give her the stage in full, authentic, raw essence.

You are the one.

And you can’t do YOU wrong.
