I’m always here for a snowy engagement session! ❄️ Emily and Tyler, plus the cutest fur baby, showed up and braved the cold like total pros!

With the way this winter’s been going, they seriously lucked out with fresh snow… and no, the weather was not a paid actor. It was just that good. Can’t wait to celebrate these two again in September!

Traveling will always be one of my favorite parts of this job — but the people are what make it unforgettable. Getting to photograph Erin and Aaron’s proposal in Colorado and their wedding in New York felt incredibly full-circle and so special! These two know how to throw a party, and Erin absolutely nailed her vision from start to finish!

Summit, NY had just enough fall color, the vibes were right, and somehow everything lined up exactly how it was supposed to. One of those days where nothing feels forced and everything just works. I can’t wait to see where life takes these two next!

And of course… shoutout to Snow, the venue kitty, for casually stealing the show. Amazing people, beautiful scenery, and cats? 10/10 day!

Your first kiss after tying the knot is the moment everyone waits for!✨

Here are a few tips for the best first kiss wedding photos (aka frame-worthy magic):

⏸️ Slow. It. Down.
Pause, lean in, hold it, maybe even sneak in a second kiss.

🥰 Use your hands!
Hands on the face, around the waist, or pulling each other in make the kiss look intentional and emotional instead of rushed or awkward.

❤️ Forget everyone else.
Block out the crowd, the cheers, the cameras, the phones—this is just you two. Relax, breathe, and be fully in the moment!

✨ Do a second kiss while walking down the aisle!
This makes for a fun photo, and who doesn’t want to celebrate twice!? Practice your dip kiss, or just go for it! There’s no right or wrong way!

The sweetest surprise in the Rockies! 💍✨

Getting to capture Gabby and Sam’s proposal while they were visiting Colorado was such an honor. From planning the perfect spot to watching it all unfold surrounded by stunning mountain views (and a few sneaky friends in on the secret 😉), it was pure magic from start to finish.

These are the moments that make my heart so full — the laughter, the shock, the happy tears! Congratulations again, you two!

Any party with a piñata and limbo is a win in my books! These two seriously know how to have a good time! Over the past year, I’ve had such a blast getting to know Sarah and Chris — from their engagement session to their wedding day, their celebration in Pagosa Springs could not have been more amazing. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, incredible mountain views, and nonstop laughter, it was truly the perfect day. I’ve been geeking out at my computer all week and can’t wait to deliver their full gallery! 💕

"I feel so weird dressed up in formal attire in the mountains” — something I overheard at Morgan & Tom’s wedding that I immediately loved. Because honestly, how often do you get to frolic through the mountains in a gorgeous dress? It’s like being a princess and an adventurer all at once — the best of both worlds!✨

Morgan and Tom started their day with the sweetest first look and private vows before they had their ceremony in the most gorgeous spot! This day was so full of love, laughter, best friends, amazing scenery, and an even more amazing party!

I met Rosie 7.5 years ago when I first moved to Colorado, and we were instantly friends! Back then, Rosie and Julien were some of the first people I ever used to build my Colorado photo portfolio. 🥹

And now—7 years later—I get to take their engagement photos! These two have been together for 10 years, and I seriously couldn’t be more excited for my best friends! 💍 Love you both so much!

One year ago today, I had the absolute honor of photographing this amazing proposal! Meeting Erin and Aaron was seriously the best! I'm so dang happy I got to capture such a special moment in their story. 💖

A little backstory: one of my friends reached out and asked if I could photograph their friends' proposal while they were visiting Colorado. The plan? Hike around RMNP and pop the question. I tagged along undercover, with a whole backstory ready so they wouldn't suspect a thing! Yes, I even covered up the camera tattoo on my wrist to be extra sneaky.

When Florida meets Colorado… and Colorado decides to throw a full-blown weather tantrum!

Gabriella and Natalia were total rockstars—sinking into snowbanks, braving the wind, and still smiling the whole time. I had so much fun hanging out with them and can’t wait for their elopement this fall. Spoiler alert: it’s going to be GORGEOUS.💕

Also, fun fact of the day: electric hand warmers = tiny toasty lifesavers. ✨

The sweetest surprise proposal!! 🥹💍 Travis secretly planned a Colorado proposal for Alyssa—and flew out their families to be part of the moment! She had no idea they were coming, and they got to witness it all go down in real time. Truly such a special moment to be part of. So dang excited for these two and the beautiful memories they now get to share with their whole family. 💗✨
