I’m a Denver-based Photographer who is proud to call this state my home. I am incredibly humbled to call my passion for Photography a full-time career and have dedicated the past 12 years of my life to crafting and mastering my skills to capture beautiful moments with my clients. When you combine two people who love each other deeply and the power of the outdoors - magic is created. So you might be asking yourself, do I really care about taking beautiful pictures of the two of you? But most importantly I care about the connection that the two of you share and how we can capture that love in a way that evokes the feels for time for decades to come. Welcoming all. Congrats to Connor and Stephanie!

Connor is a longtime buddy of mine from back in college who called with an idea. Could we make Brainard Lake work? He had a location and a pin locked in, but the road was closed, so we needed a backup plan.

I recommended Lost Gulch instead, perfect in the morning and flooded with colorful skies. Could not have asked for a better sunrise with these two.

Tony called a couple of months back hoping it wasn’t too late. It wasn’t. A few phone calls later we had the spot picked, figured out exactly where he’d set up, and had it all locked in by that evening. Tight timeline, smooth day, and one very happy yes.

A special thanks to Taylor Leann | Colorado & California Wedding Photographer for letting me second this one for her, alongside David Nicholas Photography leading. Getting to shoot for talented people like these two is one of my favorite parts of this work.

This was one of the first times I’ve captured a wedding in the gardens, and all I’ll add is, many more please. The way the light hits the structures, the florals wrapping around every corner, it gives you so many unique perspectives to work with. Every direction you turn is a different frame. Desiree and Keon have been together for almost four years now. They met on social media and started out as friends, though his intention from the beginning was to be with her. Friendship came first out of necessity, since they were long distance, with him playing college basketball in the States and her in college up in Canada. They talked and FaceTimed every single day, and slowly grew closer until she began catching feelings too. For nearly four years they made it work, apart most of the time with visits here and there, until finally it felt right to take the next step. He thought it would be the perfect surprise to bring her to Colorado, drawn by how quiet, peaceful, and beautiful the nature is, and since she had always wanted mountains, he knew he had to make it happen.

Kelsey and Andrew in Crested Butte.

Here’s a little backstory. Kelsey was my roommate, and one day I asked if she wanted to join me out in Butte to do a little session. She obliged, and, well, here we are. Funny how the best shoots start with a simple “hey, want to come with?”

I get asked a lot about location, where things are, how to find them. This is Teddy’s Trail, often found running alongside Snodgrass Trail. It’s a combined horse and hiking trail, and the back half is lined with an aspen grove that leads you through quiet, single path stretches a true nature lover would die for. The kind of place that makes you slow down without meaning to.

One thing you have to know before you shoot here is the rain. Butte gets rain almost daily, and it usually rolls in around 2 to 4 PM. Time it right and your photos will look absolutely gorgeous, all that soft light and drama. Miss it, and you’re still walking away with creative rain shots. Honestly, there’s no losing up here.

The first time I met Scott, we were on a mountain. Chief Mountain, to be exact, in a snowstorm. I somehow keep getting caught up in snowstorms, but these two are adventure in a nutshell, so nothing could have made more sense. 🤘🏼

I can’t say enough thoughtful things about these two, and the time we’ve spent together. From Kenosha Pass, deep in the fall leaves, to now, an all day elopement at their Airbnb.

Scott and Laura wanted to celebrate in nature, where it felt most right. Together with their closest family, they spent an intimate evening at a mountain Airbnb, hosted with a private chef, Anthony, and his team bringing this wonderful night to life.

Thank you for welcoming me into your world.
