A Fresh 48 session documents your baby exactly as they are, wrinkled fingers, hospital bracelets, that tiny bassinet beside your bed. No props. No pressure. Just your real story unfolding.
As a Fresh 48 photographer, I offer Fresh 48 sessions as a stand-alone experience or as part of the First Year Collective. It’s a gentle way to preserve the very beginning before you go home, before life settles, before the details start to blur.
And here’s something I often tell families - It allows everyone to be fully present.
Dad doesn’t have to remember to take all the photos. He doesn’t have to balance a phone while holding the baby or try to document every tiny detail. He gets to simply sit beside you, hold your newborn, and soak it in, knowing it’s being preserved beautifully.
Fresh 48 isn’t styled.
It isn’t posed.
It’s honest and fleeting and worth remembering.
