Fall family photos are booked… now comes the question I hear every year: What are we going to wear?
My biggest piece of advice? Start with Mom.
Choose something you feel beautiful and comfortable in, then build everyone else around you. Instead of matching, look for colors that complement one another and mix in different textures like soft knits, denim, corduroy, linen and flowy fabrics all photograph beautifully in the fall light.
And fall doesn’t have to mean everyone in rust and mustard. I’m loving warm browns and creams this year, but also soft blues, dusty rose and deeper burgundy tones.
I put together a little wardrobe inspiration to show you how those colors and textures can work together while still letting everyone feel like themselves.
