Chance, Deuce and Barney! -

Babe is a frenchie - we went out to old town castle rock for food and saw her and kept getting visited by her before we took the leap. ( tough year so she brought us lots of joy - She hasnt been around too many other people or fireworks so you might do some getting to know her first .)

The other dog is Piper who is 11 years old and very mild and sweet. -Lauren

Zeus was born into our family while my daughter was breeding and showing Bichons-he was a litter that was her elementary school science fair project. Koko was a Covid litter born at our breeders home in MI in 2020. A photo of Cece was sent to me on a Sunday morning when my husband slept very late. Since he unable to say no, I sent payment, arranged an air nanny and she came to live with us a week later. My husbands response when we woke up was “this is lunacy” and so her registered name is Sunday morning Lunacy-Cece. I already told the story of Cece and her name-other than that, she lives to play ball and run as fast as she can around the yard. Koko-the sweetest girl in our whole house endeavors to make the squirrel population of the world extinct-and she delivers her prey to the kitchen floor (much to my dismay! Zeus-at 15.5 years old-is just a good boy. He finished his grand championship by the age of 2 and has lived his life as uncle to 3 litters of puppies, gently teaching each puppy his wisdom and games-he taught them all to race around the kitchen table-his version of ring around the Rosie. He loves to be the center of attention, loves to eat, and never fails to loudly remind me an hour before dinner time that it’s getting close-he needs me to be prompt. -Shelly

"We got Bailey as a puppy here in Colorado during the COVID pandemic. We got Oliver when he was four months old and hand-fed him from a breeder here in Denver, Colorado. Bailey is super chill and usually just goes with the flow, but Oliver is a little whirlwind of energy. One of my favorite th@kea_ann2020 hing Oliver try to convince Bailey to play with him he’ll grab a toy and run circles around her, and she’ll just look at him like, ‘Really?’ It’s hilarious, and their little interactions always make me smile." -Kearie

"Both of our dogs were foster fails from Ho-Bo Care Boxer Rescue. We had elderly dogs when we adopted Penelope and we really didn’t want to be without a canine companion when they passed. Arthur came to live with us after our other two dogs had passed away and Penelope seemed lonely. Arthur is very fearful and we decided that he fit in really well in our home. Penelope likes people and she jumps surprisingly high. When people come in the door, she will leap at them and lick their eyebrows. No one is prepared to have their eyebrows licked. Arthur is a nervous guy but he loves his mom. He will often slowly creep up into her chair. First he puts his front paws on the arm of the chair. Then he slowly inches his way further and further onto the chair until he’s almost all the way, and then he looks up beseechingly at his mom to get help to come up the rest of the way. It’s cute, but at 50 lbs he’s also a lot of dog for a lap. But once he’s there, he’ll happily cuddle for as long as she lets him."

Dexter was rescued from a kill shelter in Oklahoma, and we were so fortunate to find him by working with Big Dogs, Huge Paws Big Dogs Huge Paws, Inc. We thought he was a senior mastiff, but ended up being a counterfeit mastiff, and actually is an American Bulldog mutt, which we love so much and so fortunate to get more time with him than we thought. Dexter is the biggest sweetheart, his favorite place is under the dining room table, poking his head into laps, begging for food. He is a gentle giant who will commit arson for a bite of cheese. He once ate a two-pound bag of brown sugar to get to the single piece of bread in the bag. Bryn Price
