Apollo was adopted from a rescue in 2020 during Covid and was the littlest cutest cuddle bug who grew and grew into a giant "small dog" cuddle bug. Meera was adopted from a rescue in 2013. Maple is from a breeder in Southern Colorado and was given to me by my mom as a birthday present after my previous heart dog died very traumatically and she put my broken heart pieces back together the moment I saw her. Maple and Lyra are both training to be therapy dogs. My 2nd grade class is obsessed with them and love watching them on the daycare camera as class reward times. Apollo will steal any and all available blankets he sees and make a little fort with them. Meera is the most loyal, sweetest dog in the entire world. She always listens and always does exactly what she's supposed to do." - Tara

Alex was born to one of our neighbors when we lived in Genesee. Her two Miniature Schnauzers had a liter and he was going to go to her parents. Ultimately, that was not a good fit. Our friend asked us if we would like to have him and we initially said NO! We both worked down in Denver and would not be able to care for a puppy appropriately. Fortunately, we lived in a community where our friends were retired and they said they would help us raise him!!! So ... we said yes. He came to us as a seven-week-old puppy and the rest is history!
Alex has led a life of luxury and travel. From six months old, he has spent Christmas in San Antonio, Texas, with the Neeper Family! He has vacationed in multiple Four Seasons Hotels. He is a frequent guest at the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe, where he participated in Halloween and celebrations for Dios de los Mu***os. And, he touched sand and the Pacific Ocean in a recent trip to the Hotel del Coronado! He is loved by many and they know it by the greeting he gives them (IYKYK).

"Hogan escaped from his wash house only to be found at wash perk getting pets from all the humans. He also LOVES his Big Green Ball which is a horse hearding ball he pushes around the backyard. It’s pretty hilarious watching him do so." Christine

"I wish I could say I adopted June bug. She acts like a rescue with how shy and timid she is. She came from a breeder in Arkansas. I drove clear across Kansas to go rescue her from her giant brothers and sisters. She was the first born and runt of litter. Juniper (aka JuneBug, Junie, or at times crackhead) may only weigh 20lbs, but she takes up 80% of the bed and 100% of your heart! She is a Doodle mix of King Charles Cavalier, Havanese, and of course Poodle! She’s shy until the snacks appear and has logged more flight hours than most humans. Basically she is a Bed hogging, Jet setting, snack obsessed chicken nugget and my favorite floof." Jaylin

"I got Paco 4 years ago from a shelter. He was 10 at the time and was abandoned at the vet because original owners couldn’t pay vet bills of him getting bit another dog on the head. He loves fetching ball and is very treat motivated. Paco will play fetch indoors no matter how much he has walked that day - often till 11:30pm at night ! He’s had pictures with Santa and the Easter bunny and always looks displeased ;) " -Jaime

"When I first saw her on the listing of adoptable dogs, I misread her name as Missile. Coincidentally, this became her nickname at daycare and sometimes when arrive to pick her up, I hear the shout of "Release the missile!" in the back." -John
