I couldn't let the day slip by without wishing this amazing woman a Happy Birthday! 🎉 And I think these photos need a permanent spot on my feed! A few months ago, Carrie and I worked together on some branding photos and in the process became great friends. She is kind, resilient, fierce and can make you feel comfortable the second you walk into her treatment room. ✨

She owns Sozo Wellness, a space dedicated to helping people heal, restore and feel amazing in their bodies, and she is an incredible massage therapist! If you ever need a massage, acupuncture, red light therapy, or sauna, check out Sozo Wellness! And they even have a shop full of great wellness products, jewelry, and lots of other things!

Let’s be real, you put in A LOT of work to prep and pull off a photo session. Whether it’s senior or family photos, you spend hours deciding on the right aesthetic, shopping for the perfect outfits, getting a tan, haircuts, makeup, dressing the kids, etc.

Do you do it all just for some beautiful photos, memories of this moment that can never be repeated, to sit on your phone and get buried amongst the 50,000 other pictures and screenshots that you’ll rarely go back and thumb through?
