January is the BEST time to start looking at various venues, and this is the first big thing to get set for your big day. After all that, the next big thing you want to book, especially if you value having high quality photos, is going to be your photographer.

I don’t know that I can even put the words together. This week has been collectively heavy and full of grief.

*If you are NOT grieving, I strongly invite you to check your privileges and listen to marginalized groups and individuals*

My brain is starting to jump into showing up and action mode, but I also know that we need to acknowledge the grief. If you just need to hold space for grief, that is absolutely okay.

Whenever you are ready, you will know what to do.

Feel free to save this for later or send to someone who could use either support of not feeling alone or possible support in service. While my heart would love to offer free sessions, that is something I cannot offer at this time. What I CAN offer is *EXTREMELY* discounted services to the LGBTQIA+ community from now through January 2025 for proposals, elopements, weddings, and family photos.

I may or may not post more specific details next week - I want to give you all the details while also protecting this space. You can also email [email protected].

As a safe space, I will also always honor if you want photos shared or to remain private. While q***r joy is resistance, I also understand there are many reasons you may request for photos to remain private. All clients are allowed to mark yes or no.

Special family moments 🥰

First off: indoor holiday minis are almost completely sold out! This is a one day only option in December, so if you are thinking about it, be sure to book!

Second: fall minis are available most Wednesdays and some Thursdays October through November. While it is still toasty out, it is about to be the best time of the year!

Need something else or a different time? Reach out to me! It’s not too late to book senior photos. Special life milestones happen all the time and I would be so honored to help capture those special moments.

Take this as your sign to do a ghost photo session! Grab your besties or your kiddos, and let’s do this! You can do a spooky session at your fall mini session. 🎃😎

Book your time, and once reserved, just let me know that you’re wanting to do ghosts! I have a some items and props (seen in photo). Feel free to bring your own accessories to add your own character!! I would love to see some fun hats you have as well to add!
