Volunteer Day at The Nature Conservancy Cypress Island Preserve!
Hundreds of Egrets. The Rosetta Spoon Bills are starting to nest and saw one Blue Heron.
Black Bellied Whistling Ducks are flying around. An angry Limpkin made it known it did not like being disturbed.
Irises are blooming around the board walk. It’s a beautiful day for a walk and the birds are beginning to nest closer to the levee and board walk.

I took these photos of an old building for sale at the time near the Stock Yards in Fort Worth Texas in 2011. I looked on google maps and could not find the place. Looks like a lot of development occurred since I have been there. I looked like a very interesting building from the outside. I removed the for Sale signs with phone numbers.

This looks like a well grounded alligator. The alligator is one with the earth. It is a Zen alligator.
