New construction is coming to DeFuniak Springs, Florida and after touring several homes and model home by Valor Communities in neighboring communities, I can see why so many buyers are excited about Walton Pointe where approximately 65 homes will be built. The first completed home is expected within the next few weeks. What stood out to me were the thoughtful design details throughout the homes—large windows that fill the rooms with natural light, open-concept living spaces, elegant interior double doors, tray ceilings, crown molding, extended wainscoting, and quartz countertops featured in many of the plans.
