These times are challenging for a lot of people including me, the future is very uncertain, we are physically isolated from friends and family, and there is no sense of normalcy.
I have found it helpful to focus on living in the moment and focusing on the small things each day!

A friend asked me the other day where I want to travel after all of this is over.
My answer was simple. Everywhere! One of my goals is to travel to all of the National Parks in the US. One of the next ones I want to visit is the Grand Canyon or Yosemite National Park!
