Katie Mary Photography - Rapid City SD IS FREAKING MARRIED!

At the beginning of January, Katie asked me if I had anything going on in a few weeks, and told me she was going to elope in Sedona. If I had any plans, I cancelled them right away.

Last weekend was such a special time. I couldn't wait to get back home and put this sneak peek together. Obviously, there will be more to come.

This is the story of two muggles living in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who traveled across the state to take the next step in their lives after 6 years of dating. From going on a hike in Custer State Park with them and their two bestest boys, hanging out with them at their rehearsal, to capturing the entire wedding day, I got to learn what a fun, goofy, and sweet pair these two are.

Their wedding took place on a spectacular fall day at Pine Haven, just outside of Rapid City in the Black Hills. Tears were shed; laughs were had; and more tears were shed. I couldn't have asked for a better last wedding to film in 2025!

"You make my life fuller with every heartbeat."

I got to fly out to San Luis Obispo County, California last month to hang out with the sweetest couple, and capture their full day elopement! After starting their day with some coffee at their cute AirBnb, we cruised around central California, soaking in some amazing views on the way, before they wrapped things up with private vows and dinner back where they were staying.

Kate and Lynn told me they wanted this to feel like a "day in the life" vlog, so I gave them my camcorder and let them run wild. They're not too bad of elopement videographers themselves 😉

This was such a special day, and hopefully the first of many more epic elopement videos to come!
