Although I 1st arrived in Greenwich Village in the summer of 1967 and stayed a part of the Gaslight Cafe family until 1972. I am so glad to see the revival of "The Greenwich Village" scene. I still was able to interact with iconic people such as Richie Havens and Dave Van Ronk and John Hammond jr... Richie let me stay in an apt, he had for a hang out right behind the Village gate. .. Nothing has made more of an impact on me as those days. While my Daytona Beach highschool friends were giging at teen clubs like the Wedge I was an opening act for Van Morison.

Local Politics! The Volusia County Republican Party put out a voter guide and left off Jeff Brower the incumbent county chairman, a Republican who beat the other Republican for County Seat by twice as many votes in the primaries. WTF! when confronted they only make lame excuses. Under the flag of MAGA they are being deceitful. I am a Republican. It's time to dethrone this arrogant clique of boot lickers and get some real Republicans in charge who are not shills for the developers, People please don't fall for this crap. Vote for Jeff Brower and Steve Miller for County Council. They are not sell outs. and are the choice supported by The Sons of The Beach and other people that know whats going on in Volusia County...
