Our whole thing is to make it affordable to shoot photo models, rent studio space, and . . . Whether it be to promote your product, enhance your portfolio, get practice photographing professional models, or just get extra credits in your photography class, our models will help you achieve your goal. You may be asking yourself what the advantages could possibly be in shooting our models instead of

going out and finding your own models. The answers should be obvious. No hassles, and no big expenses! First, you'll never be left hanging around waiting for a model to show up - if she shows up at all. Next, we don't charge an arm and a leg to shoot our models. Don't pay a model off the street $100.00 or more on an hourly basis when you only need a few minutes to get the shot you're looking for. Finally, we have about the best photography/video-based studio on the planet. It's clean and colorful with multiple shooting rooms/areas, backdrops, exotic murals and more. The 2020 is also a SAFE place to shoot if you are a model. If you've never worked with a photographer before and he seems rather creepy, have him book your shoot at The 2020. You'll always have someone behind the desk to protect you! In addition, if you wish to rent a studio space on an hourly basis, contact us . . . we have the lowest prices in the entire region! So, in a nutshell, if you are a photographer, photography student, you have something you'd like to promote, you need family/senior portraits, or you simply want to shoot a beautiful model . . . contact us. Rates:

Studio Rental: $20.00 per hour. That's all there is - there won't be any extra charges! Family/Senior Portraits: $50.00. If you can't afford THAT . . . we have an economy package for only $25.00! To shoot one of our models:

Folks, I'm sorry. The 2020 Annex membership is now filled up. Don't fret. t never seems to be long until someone moves out of the area, or forced to quit on account of health issues. With no contracts, our members can leave at any time. If you want your name on a waiting list, shoot me a message here on Facebook and I'll contact you as soon as we get an opening.

Folks, twice within the last month, The 2020 has received voicemails that were completely garbled. Each time when I have tried to return the phone calls with the numbers provided, I got a message stating, "This number is not in service."

Obviously, I dialed the wrong numbers. (Gia and . . . John?)

When leaving a voicemail on The 2020 number, please speak slowly, clearly, and you might even want to repeat the number.

Folks, due to health reasons, I'm afraid I'm going to have to do away with hourly rentals at The 2020, and concentrate solely on monthly rentals at the rate of (only) $95.00 a month for unlimited access. You will have your own set of keys, the place has a great heater, backdrops, and when I say "unlimited" that is exactly what I mean. Use it as often as you would like. 24/7. Howdy, folks. Yep, the weather here in Dayton is getting pretty chilly. Before you go searching for a photo studio to rent - and possibly paying over $100/hr... It's my understanding that yet ANOTHER photo studio has opened up for rentals in the Dayton area. Their going rate is $35.00 per hour.

May I remind everyone that The 2020 is only $20.00 per hour, unlimited access for the incredibly low price of only $95.00 per month, OR . . . for a short while, you can STILL jump on this bandwagon for our light version for the ridiculously low price of only $50.00 per month.

As I've said over and over . . . the prices at The 2020 are the lowest you will find. The way the economy is now, who can afford to spend extra money when it's not necessary?

For any photographers out there needing studio space, there is now ANOTHER option at The 2020 Annex!

Option 1: The same deal we've always had . . . $95.00 per month with unlimited access and no time restrictions.

Option 2: $50.00 per month, with a restriction of only two photo session reservations per month. (You can switch over to Option 1 at any time!)

I've run so many ads for The 2020 Annex, I'm pretty sure everyone on the planet is aware by now that I'm offering studio rental memberships for $95.00 per month with no time restrictions, unlimited number of sessions and no contracts.

HOWEVER, due to the sh*tty economy, even THAT ridiculously low price is proving to be too much for some of my customers. As a result, I've lost three (3) annex monthly renters in the last couple of months. These were all good people, and GREAT photographers...

Okay, I've been thinking about this, and I've come up with an idea...
There is now a SECOND option for monthly rentals at The 2020!!

For those people who are running short of money every month, I'm offering a "LIGHT" membership!! $50.00 per month!! You'll still have your own keys, you'll still be able to shoot whenever you want, and you'll still have access to the Farcebook group that I've reserved for annex members to make appointments. HOWEVER, the "Light" membership restricts a member to only two (2) appointments per month.

Folks, I just took my sweetie out to dinner the other evening, and the bill was a little over $140.00. Hell, we went to ARBY's yesterday and I paid over $40.00!

So, there's no reason in the world a photographer can't afford a measly $50.00 a month for studio rental.
