Unfortunately we at the castle have to implement a new rule when renting the space out. From here on out, there can be absolutely NO burning of candles.
Many people have been burning our candles, especially candles that aren't supposed to be burned. The stage is covered in wax, much of the furniture is covered in wax, our tableclothes and runners are covered in wax, and recently someone left a candle burning that went undiscovered for 6+ hours in a place that we can only describe as a miracle that the whole stage didn't catch on fire.
I have some free candle flame overlays I can send out to anyone who wants to give the appearance of lit candles, but under no circumstances is anyone to actually light any candles in the chapel anymore. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience this causes everyone else who has been responsible with their candle use.
