The rain stopped in time for me to go to the river after work and get a few shots. I also met a photographer who comes to the river from Louisville, a couple of times a month. Our eagle's fame is spreading. The juvenile easily cleared the boulevard on the way back to the park.

I've made a lot of trips to the river without seeing much action. I was able to get these shots thanks to Marcia for letting us know an eagle was coming in. It made for a nice finish to a long day.
