Yesterday was the perfect day for a wedding.

Warm weather, a clear view of the mountains, a spring breeze, and surrounded by friends and family. Matt and Lila said I do.

Together with their guests they danced the night away at the stunning Bluestone Vineyard and ended the night with Smiley's Ice Cream for all of their guests.

It was my honor to capture this special wedding. It is also my pleasure to introduce you to Mr. And Mrs. Thrasher.

I’vee captured many weddings, but i musty explain why this weddinging was so very speciall.

Brandon and Allie met in their teen years. Their love developed through the years. This love would grow stronger when Brandon was diagnosed with cancer. Against all odds Brandon beat cancer, yesterday they got married surrounded by friends and family.

Allie surprised everyone with a letter she wrote at just thirteen years old to her future husband. You could visible hear the tears flowing in the crowd as their vows were shared.

There was not a dry eye in the crowd.

It is not often that I find myself behind the camera.

My days are filled with chubby baby hands, the pitter patter of feet, and oh so much laundry.

I enjoyed capturing the Gardner family this past Saturday, the wind may have been sent from Oz and the rain attempted to chase us away, but the end result was well worth it. In the fields behind her parents home, with the mountains painted in the background, we enjoyed an hour of the most beautiful glow. . Katelyn and I were expecting our baby boys only weeks apart, and it is a joy to share these with you all.

I got to do something pretty amazing and very different this past weekend. Sharing my voice and my heart not just taking pretty pictures. I’ll talk about it all soon, but for now some pretty florals from this amazing experience.

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph a previous LPP couple as they prepare to add a new sweet little boy to their family. I’ve been lucky enough to capture their engagement session all the way up to this bump session, and each milestone is such an adventure.

The setting was perfection as it’s the exact location they recited their vows in front of family and friends a few years ago. Since then adding Lenna and now this bundle of joy to their family.

We ended the evening in as the sun dipped low and their wedding song played… as the three, four, of them swayed to the music.

For the past few months I have had the pleasure of capturing sessions at the beautiful Silver Lake Bed and Breakfast, so of course when Hannah and Ben reached out for a session I said ABSOLUTELY!

After two reschedules due to weather, we finally got to enjoy a sunny Sunday afternoon touring their historic home and enjoying the view of Mole hill... and of course a visit from Maple!
