This one feels close to home 🤍

A couple months ago, Peter got down on one knee at Mt. Echo Park overlooking Cincinnati and asked Elaina to be his wife… and getting to go back to the exact place for their engagement session was something we’ll never forget.

What makes this story even sweeter is that Elaina is Julia’s sister, which means we’ve had the joy of watching this story unfold from the very beginning. From friendship and Bible study nights to first dates and now wedding planning… getting to witness their love story has been such a gift.

Hannah and Drew’s engagement session at Magnolia Estate felt joyful from the very beginning 🤍

Between the beautiful morning light, the timeless white estate, and the way these two looked at each other the entire session, every part of the morning felt incredibly meaningful to capture.

One of our favorite parts was hearing more of their story. Hannah and Drew met while serving as camp counselors, and there was something so special about hearing them talk about building a relationship centered on serving the Lord together. You can see that foundation reflected in the way they care for one another.

We already know their wedding day is going to be such a beautiful one ✨

There’s just something about this part of a wedding day.

The deep breath before turning around.
The instant smile.
The way the nerves seem to disappear the second they’re finally together.

We’ve seen firsthand how a first look can create such a peaceful, joy-filled start to the day. Instead of rushing from moment to moment, couples get the chance to slow down, be fully present, and soak in that “we’re really getting married today” feeling together. 🤍

And honestly, those quiet moments together before the ceremony often become some of the sweetest memories from the entire day.

Sometimes what you don’t see is just as important as what you do.

While Mariana and Caleb were laughing together by the water, we were right there—guiding them through each moment, adjusting the little things, and making sure everything felt natural and easy.

This is such a big part of what we love—not just capturing what a moment looks like, but helping create an experience that feels effortless, joyful, and true to who you are.

Being a husband and wife team means we’re always working together behind the scenes to make that happen, and honestly, it’s one of our favorite parts.
