Provence isn’t just a place; it’s a feeling

Found this gem in the archives today. A vintage Chevy, the winding streets of Aix-en-Provence, and a moment that feels frozen in the past.
There is nothing quite like waking up here - the air smells like fresh croissants and strong espresso in small cups, while the morning sun hits the hood of a classic car. It’s a reminder to slow down, drop the top, and just drive. 🇫🇷

If you could pick any vintage car and any city in the world for a road trip, where are we going? 🚗 ✨

They say the soul of a house is found in its details... ✨

While everyone comes to the Tate House for its famous pink marble walls, I found something that truly captures the magic of the season.

Standing beneath the monumental columns, this Nativity scene is a masterpiece of craftsmanship. There’s a profound symbolism in seeing this miracle portrayed in such a historic setting — it’s where history meets the eternal story of Christmas.

I’ve been sharing the grandeur of this mansion over the last few days, but this quiet corner felt the most special. It’s a reminder of the mastery and heart that went into every inch of this estate.

As we head into Christmas tomorrow, I’m curious: What creates the holiday spirit for you? Is it the decorations, the history, or the quiet moments like this? 👇

Wishing you all a peaceful and miraculous Christmas Eve! 🎄

Paul McCartney’s photo exhibition = mind blown. 💥
Sorting pics, notes, and all the backstage juice… you’re gonna love what’s coming.
Tell me:
Would you hop on a plane just to see Beatles’ photos… even if it meant skipping the concert? 👀👇

Nashville is calling, and I must go!" 🤠 That's exactly what I thought when I first heard the amazing news: Sir Paul McCartney's solo photo exhibition was coming to Nashville, TN, all the way from England! 🇬🇧➡️🇺🇸
I've been a fan of Paul McCartney since I was 12 years old, appreciating him as a genius musician. Now, he's earned a bonus from me: I respect him just as much as a talented photographer. The exhibition was truly incredible!
Well, I went, I saw, and I've just gotten back! ✈️
Now, the real work begins: turning all the photos, notes, and exclusive insights into awesome new content for the website! 📝
To make sure I cover what you want to see, what is the one thing you're most curious about from the exhibition, the city, or the trip itself?

Half a Day, a Whole New World

I took this photo in a potter’s workshop in La Borne, just outside Bourges, in the Berry region of France.
La Borne is a village of makers. Everyone here seems to be a potter, glassblower, painter, sculptor — artists through and through. But even more than that, they’re kind, open-hearted people who live and breathe their craft.

You arrive in this quiet little town and drift from one studio to another, chatting about clay, tools, fire, or life itself. Conversations flow naturally, like you’ve known these people for years. It feels like stepping into a completely different world — slower, deeper, more human.

I spent half a day in this particular workshop, standing by the roaring kiln, watching sparks fly as the fire came alive. The heat, the rhythm, the focus — it was intense and absolutely mesmerizing. It’s incredible how something so raw and elemental can create pieces of such delicate beauty.

La Borne is not just a place. It’s a feeling that stays with you.

Twelve years ago, I released my first photography book — French Voyage — created after a two-month journey across France with my camera. The book made its way around the world and received a warm response from readers everywhere.
They say every 12 years a person goes through a transformation.
Well… I may not have become an influencer (thankfully!), but I did finally decide to reissue the book — and that feels like progress, right?
So here we are: the second edition of French Voyage is officially available!
In just the first three weeks after I announced the reprint, 284 people reached out to say they were interested in getting a copy.
Apparently, I have more fans than I thought — or maybe it’s just the magic of France.
I’m printing a total of 500 copies, and this new limited edition features 100 carefully curated pages. It comes in three formats: softcover, hardcover, and hardcover with a dust jacket.
📌 You’ll find the link to order the book in the first comment below — where you can also preview a few pages and check out the full table of contents.
If you've ever dreamed of bringing a bit of authentic France into your home, this might just be the book your coffee table has been waiting for.
What makes French Voyage unique is the way it brings together images from so many different corners of the country — from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence to Antibes, Lyon, and Paris — following the same path I took, camera in hand.
As the foreword says:
"This book is not a travel guide but a collection of author’s pictures, sometimes unexpected but always impressive. Even the most popular routes trodden by tourists far and wide appear from a new angle in this book. This is the art of photography at its best!"
The new edition is already gaining momentum — and right now there’s a 30% discount on all formats, so it’s a great time to grab a copy.
Huge thanks to everyone who has already ordered and sent me such kind feedback.
Here’s hoping French Voyage continues to find its way into new hands and homes.
